G & L Profile and Equipments Private Limited was formed and is promoted by Shri G.H.Shivkumar and Smt. Latha Shivkumar. The company took over the entire business of the proprietor's unit namely - Ganga Extrusion Engineers and Lakshmi Engineering Works in 2009 and it became a private limited company. G&L is an aluminum extrusion dies, aluminum extrusion sections and aluminum extrusion alloys manufacturing company. We are strategically located in GIDC Savli of Vadodara district in the state of Gujarat.
We started our tool room in 1993 and now we are one of the oldest and biggest tool rooms for manufacturing aluminum extrusion dies in India with complete solutions for extrusion dies under one roof. Our tool room has the capacity of manufacturing 800 dies per month with the current well built facility, latest technology and skilled workers. We always believe in adapting and evolving with the technology, which is also the reason that our infrastructure has been set up with the most advanced technologically equipped machinery with 100% power backup. Our machineries consists of vertical machining centers (VMC) from HAAS (USA), Wire-cut machines from Charmiles (Switzerland) and Mitsubishi (Japan), CNC lathe from Ace micromatic, Conventional milling, conventional Lathe and Vacuum hardening furnace with tempering furnaces.
We also have our own aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility which is currently operating 3 automated extrusion presses with a capacity of 5000 TPA. We started our Extrusion plant with just one extrusion press with capacity of 700 MT in the year 2008. Currently we have one extrusion press with capacity of 1000 MT and two extrusion presses with a capacity of 700 MT each. We are currently extruding aluminum sections of thickness 0.3 mm to 10 mm thickness. We have been extruding critical sections having tolerances of up to 0.05mm and ovality up to 0.1 mm in volume with consistency from more than 10 years. We are always willing to take up critical aluminum profiles which are challenging and difficult to extrude. With more than 3000 varieties of sections we cater to the following industries – Electrical & Electronics, Building Construction and Architectural, Defense, Automation, Luggage, Lighting and many more.
